Q1. Tell me about yourself.
ANS: GOOD MORNING SIR/ MADAM,
My Name is Micheal Scott. I am from Alaska, USA.
I have a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Glasgow, UK.
My strength is that I can change myself according to any situation and my weakness is that I cannot feel comfortable unless I complete my work.
My hobby is to read newspaper and do exercise.
My aim is to join an organization where I can apply my knowledge which helps me and my company to grow.
My family consists of four members including me, my mother, father and my sister.

Balakishore, I am born and brought up Hyderabad, I did my schooling from uppal model high school which is located at uppal, and intermediate from new government Jr college located at secunderabad, degree from G.M.Sanghi degree college located at tarnaka, after that I was written Icet and took admissions into mother teresa P. G. College at ghatkesar. Completely this year it self, I did my project on equity analysis of I.I sectors from India bulls security limited,
About my work experience I have 3 year experience in Aegis Bpo ltd as a customer care executive.
Coming to my family background, totally my consists of 5 numbers including me my father name is Krishna he is working in pvt company, my mother name is Balamani she is a Homemaker, I have a two elder sister both are got married I am the only son to my parents,
My hobbies are watching TV and listening to music.
My strength is that I can adjust any situation, try to solve problems what I am facing and my hardworking.
My short terms goal is to get job in well reputed organization and to gain knowledge,

Q2. Why should I hire you?
ANS. I understand your position requirement and if you look my resume or cv I have every quality and skill which you're looking for. And I'm very good enough to handle to team, which shows my leadership quality. As a experience gentleman I know how to motivate peers or executive who works under me, I'm not saying I'm the only person in the world who having such skills But, I'm having different way of handling or approaching.

I learn something new with full dedication towards it. If I fail to do so then I try to learn from my mistake and make it well.
I am good in team building, make friends very quickly and will do conversation fluently with my colleagues.
I will try to understand contemporary issues like forging collaborative and keeping up with competitive trends.

As I'm fresher, I don't have any real time experience but theoretical knowledge which is important that I have.
I'm not saying that, I'm the good one you are searching for. There are may be better people outside the room waiting for the interview.

Because I am a quick learner, so I can easily understand the concepts with in less time. This saves the time of training period. My positive attitude will help our company, in taking right decisions during tough situations. I am friendly nature person. I have good management skills, which is most essential quality for a team leader. As I am a hardworking and competitive person, I will try to make our company stand first among all.

Q3. What are your strengths and weaknesses?
ANS. My strengths are my frankness, organization skills and schedule the tasks to be done and prioritize them.
I don't consider myself to be weak but there are some things where I need to improve and I am trying my best on those things. If sometimes things don't fall in place, then I tend to correct them and learn the mistakes done and proceed from there.

I am a friendly person, often make good relations with my colleagues, I can work under pressure, adaptable, I am a hardworking guy, determined to work.
Weakness:
I am a sensitive person, when people approach me for help I can't say no to them, even if it is out of my capability.

Weakness,
When I do a work than I involve myself deeply in that work and I forgot to eat or sleep and I keep on working till I finished the work. It is weakness for me but its an advantage by having their work completed by me.
I feel a little un-relaxed until the work is completed.

Confidence and positive attitude are my strengths.
My weakness is. I don't get scared to any type of situation. This makes many people think that I am an irresponsible person, who neglects any type of situation. But as a positive attitude person, I don't get frightened, rather I think about the problem, how to get rid of it, in what way I can simply solve the problem. I strongly believe that every problem has a solution.
Q4. Why do you want to work at our company?
ANS. As I am fresher I have only enough knowledge. But knowledge is wasted until-unless it gets direction. By working in your reputed MNC my knowledge get appropriate direction and I will learn real time work from your company.

Unemployed Graduate Who Spent His Last $500 On A Billboard Is Now Employed: Spends His First Salary On Another Board
Adam Pacitti who used his last $500 to put up a billboard asking employers to hire him says he got about 100 job offers after his billboard ad went viral. Media Company KEO then hired him as Viral Video Producer and he has gone on to spend his first salary on another billboard to say “Thank You”
Mr Pacitti came up with the idea of the billboard advert after months and months of searching for work.
The billboard in Shoreditch, London, featured a picture of Mr Pacitti with the message: ‘I spent my last £500 on this billboard, please give me a job.’
The billboard included the address of a specially created website, where potential employers could watch a video CV and find out more about Mr Pacitti, from Ryde, Isle of Wight.
The site was swamped by more than 1.5 million hits from around the globe and Mr Pacitti found himself at the centre of a social media storm.
He said: ‘The original tweet I sent out, telling people what I was doing with a photo of me and the billboard had 1,600 retweets and endorsements from people like Jeremy Vine, Al Murray and Frank Skinner.
Mr Pacitti admitted he has been overwhelmed by the response to the Employ Adam campaign.
He said: ‘Of course I was hoping it would go viral, but I ended up receiving coverage from newspapers across the country and websites around the world.
‘I couldn’t be more grateful for the response I’ve had and I’m just so grateful to all the people who shared my website. Without them, I’d still be looking for work.’
Almost immediately after launching the website employadam.com, the job offers started to roll in.
‘I actually had people offering me jobs before the billboard went up. They liked the video CV and the website, but I knew the billboard would be the real selling point.
The folks at his new place of work also had something to say. Rob Love, director of KEO Digital, said: ‘It was difficult not to hear about Adam.
‘He managed to do a brilliant job of making lots of noise about himself in a really innovative way – both on and offline.
‘Adam did something that really made him stand out as potential talent and showed a great initiative in his campaign.
‘We’re delighted to welcome him to KEO digital.’
Jim Iyke and Nadia Buari: New couple alert?

The photo on the left below is the friends at an award ceremony in Uganda in December 2012. The next photo is Jim and Nadia arriving together at his Unscripted premiere in Lagos on Thursday April 18th. The last photo is Jim and Nadia playing around in a desert somewhere in Africa. She posted the photo on her instagram page yesterday and said something about being really happy! Right now, I really can't say if they are dating...but I will find out! I'm onto you Jim and Nadia. Lol. Cute couple!
